• Merit Scholarships:
  
  All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships based on their academic performance, entrance exam scores, and overall profile.

• Merit-cum-Need Scholarships:
  
  Candidates seeking financial assistance based on both merit and need must fill in the ‘Scholarship Section’ of the BITSOM application form. Decisions for Merit-cum-Need scholarships are usually announced one month prior to the commencement of classes.

• Documentation:
  
  Students selected for Merit-cum-Need scholarships are required to submit relevant documents during the registration process or whenever requested by the college authorities.

• Eligibility Criteria for Merit-cum-Need Scholarship:

  • The total family income, including the applicant’s personal income, should not exceed INR 18 Lakhs per annum.

  • For unmarried candidates, family income is calculated from parents; for married candidates, from spouse.

• Women’s Scholarship:
  
  Special scholarships are also provided to female students to encourage diversity and gender balance in the MBA program.
