Bannari Amman Institute of Technology address situated on the banks of the river Bhavani and spread over an area of 180 acres of green land which is away from the odds of city life. The campus is very spacious and while the state of the art infrastructure makes open-spaced buildings with landscaped courtyards and pathways that built-up the character of an excellent centre for learning.

The campus comprises of state of the art learning centre, academic blocks, computer centres, lecture halls, laboratories, conference halls, staff quarters, hostel and students’ centres.  Other than all the above-mentioned facilities the campus also has a bank with ATM, a co-operative store, and a clinic to attend to the general health of the students and staff, adequate transport facilities etc. 

Bannari Amman Institute of Technology library is a five-storeyed, air-conditioned and computerized library which is stocked with over 400 National and International Journals, 83000 volumes, a Digital Library with 6000 e-journals, 6500 CD-ROMs, 274 NPTEL and 166 NITTTR video courses are part of the resources and much more stuff.

BAIT is an institutional member of the British Council Library, Chennai and DELNET, New Delhi and INDEST Consortium, New Delhi, so it can provide all sorts of books covering various sectors of engineering and technology according to students demands.  

There is a fully air-conditioned indoor Vedanayagam auditorium with a seating capacity to accommodate 750 students. Also, it has a fully air-conditioned main auditorium or town hall with a capacity to seat 2500 students. Bannari Amman Institute of Technology hostel has four hostels for male students and five hostels for female students.

All the hostel rooms are well furnished and available in single, double and four occupancies. Bannari Amman Institute of Technology hostel facilities includes Mini Cine Theatres, Indoor Courts for Shuttle and Table Tennis, Dining Halls etc. Bannari Amman Institute of Technology fees structure is low and commonly affordable. Besides, The College has modern sports facilities like courts with an acrylic surface for tennis, volleyball and basketball, hockey, playing fields for football, cricket and kabaddi etc.
