The university releases a merit list based on CUET UG scores, and seat allocation is carried out considering the candidate’s score, filled preferences, seat availability, and applicable reservation norms.
BHU categorises its CUET-based UG courses into four types:
-
General Courses: These are standard undergraduate programs offered under two categories – Regular and Paid Seats. While the curriculum is the same, students under the paid category pay a higher fee.

-
Vocational Courses: Offered under the B.Voc scheme with practical orientation.
-
Medical/Nursing Courses: Admissions to MBBS, BDS, and BAMS are based on NEET UG, followed by MCC-conducted counselling.
