Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Section Officer. The post is open at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. There are 04 position open for Assistant Section Officer (Translation – Tamil) and 01 position open for Assistant Section officer (Translation – Hindi). TNPSC is a department of the Tamil Nadu government and is accountable for the recruitment of personnel into the state public service. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and the interview. It is necessary for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria and also be fluent in required language.
Eligibility Criteria
The age limit for the candidates is minimum 18 years or maximum 30 years. Candidate, who wish to apply for Assistant Section Officer (Translation – Tamil), should have a degree with Tamil in any one part of the course and it must be from recognized university by the UGC. Candidate, who wish to apply for Assistant Section Officer (Translation – Hindi), should have a degree with Hindi in any one part of the course and it must be from recognized university by the UGC.
How to Apply
- Candidates would need to visit the official website which is www.tnpscexams.in to apply online.
- It should be noted that the last day to submit application is on or before 08th December 2019.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to have the one-time registration and applicant dashboard before they apply for the posts.
The registration fee for one-time registration is INR 150/- and it is valid for five years from the date of registration. All the applications should be submitted with the registered one-time registration Id and password only. Applications will be accepted through online mode only.
