The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) office uploaded PDf Files declaring Official marks for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 2016 exam on November 15, 2016. This resulted in SSC’s official website receiving high web traffic, thereby causing its servers to crash.

However, you can check your marks by downloading the file given below.

The SSC office had declared results for CGL Tier-1 on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. SSC has however, declared the Tier-1 marks as PDF on www.ssc.nic.in for 9 regions. PaGaLGuY was possibly the first to write about the SSC Cgl Tier1 results 2016

SSC conducts many examinations throughout the year and recruits eligible candidates to various posts in government offices and departments. The posts include Assistant Audit Officer, Inspector (Examiner) (CBEC), Income Tax Inspector (CBDT), Assistant (MEA), Compiler (Registrar General of India), Senior Secretariat Assistant, Accountant (Offices under C&AG, CGA & others), Tax Assistant (CBEC & CBDT), Statistical Investigator and Sub-Inspector (Central Bureau of Narcotics), among others.

Since 2016, there are no Personal Interviews in Tier-3 of the exam. Tier-3 now consists of Computer Proficiency Test/Data Entry Skill Test (whichever applicable) and document verification only. Marks secured by candidates in Tier 1 will be considered during selection for the Computer Test and also for final selection (See page 17). As per reports, the next Tier-3 exam will tentatively be conducted in January 2017, and the final result will be announced in April 2017.
