SOIL (The School of Inspired Leadership) is a private business school. It is located in Gurgaon, Haryana. It was founded by Anil Sachdev. He was a former CEO of the Grow Talent Company Limited before the company was sold to the American HR consulting firm right management. The name of Grow Talent Company was retained and the school of inspired learning functions as a unit of Grow Talent Company.

It was established as an autonomous body in it 2008 and it offers PG courses in the management and executive education. The first classes commenced in 2009 July.

It was established in response to the leadership crises facing the industry. It was established on the idea to focus on human development with the objective of providing high-quality leadership and management education.

SOIL was established in 2008 October by a consortium of 32 companies. Anil Sachdev played a vital role in setting up the institute. The school of inspired leadership offers a number of leadership/leading academic programs and executive programs for full and part-time. However, the courses offered by the institute are not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) so the institute cannot give an MBA degree or a diploma after completion of the courses.

The vision of the organization is used to convey the direction for the future of the company. It also helps to illustrate the future steps and endeavors that team and employees would take up. SOIL uses the 4C approach that is Clarification, Communication, Celebration, and Compliance. The SOIL focuses on the positives of the organization and highlights them to build on the development.

A leadership council is a group of eminent leaders who actively collaborate with The School of Inspires Leadership. These leaders will provide the students with the mentorship, provide academic advising etc.

The institute has partnered with the group of companies that provide with the inputs in various aspects such as selection of the students, mentoring of students, curriculum design, development of case studies, and placements. The consortium includes companies such as Tata steel, Johnson and Johnson, SAS Institute, ICICI bank.

In 2011, School of Inspired Leadership signed partnerships with the University of New Brunswick, Saint John, MIP Politecnico di Milano, and Bainbridge Graduate Institute to conduct the cooperative program. The partnership will provide the students with a rich global immersion. This will include two-way exchange programs for the students of each institute.
