Within a short span of 5 years since its inception, CIMP has achieved great milestones in terms of placement. With 100 % placement every year, it has been maintaining an unbeaten placement record. Each student from the forth batch of Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP-2011-2013), got placed before convocation with roles and remuneration matching individual aspirations. All the students for the batch of PGP (2011-2013) have been placed in the best of the companies. In the batch 24 per cent of students joined consulting firms and 23 per cent in services sector including banking, 10 per cent have joined IT companies and 32 per cent have joined FMCG companies and the rest, 11 per cent have opted for development organizations funded by World Bank etc. More than 22 companies from these sectors visited the institute to pick students for various roles. Locations of job were all over India including New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Companies coming for campus recruitment comprise Amba Research, AMUL, Colgate Palmolive, COMFED, CMS, Digital Green, Frontier Growth, HDFC, ITC, Jeevika, LIC Housing, L&T;, National Dairy Development Board, NDS, RMG, Tata Advanced System, Yes Bank to name a few. The average salary offered was Rs 5.5 lac with highest salary going up-to Rs 12 lacs.

For the current batch, PGP 2012-2014, the placement season is on. 10 companies have already visited the campus and offered jobs. Apart from all our previous recruiters new companies such as, BMSCIL, Asian Paints and GICHFL have shown interest to recruit our candidates. The areas where students are placed include inventory and supply chain management, marketing & sales, brand management, finance and general management.

This year expect atleast 4-5 job offers for the graduating batch.
