Placement Report of SOIL

At School of Inspired leadership (SOIL), placement is a matter  of choice where informed  parties  – recruiting companies and  students, engage  in  conversations for  the  right  fit  between  student and  company. This activity  has been envisaged as a defining action  that  impacts  decisions  and careers  not only in the present but  also  in  the  future.  At SOIL this engagement between students and recruiting companies has been christened as “CAREER FORWARD”. This is a faculty monitored, student driven initiative that facilitates students to make the right career choices. SOIL invites companies across sectors and industries that practice values of ethics and integrity at their work place as an integral part of their business functions.  SOIL is co‐created by a group of 32 leading companies from across industry verticals that believe in SOIL and its propositions. They partner with SOIL in the following ways curriculum designs, selection of students, live case studies, placements and mentoring. Since its inception in 2009, 800 + students were a part of the placement process and have all been successfully placed.
