MICA, Ahmedabad has released the details of its admission process for
selection to the 22nd Batch (2015-17) of its Post Graduate Diploma in
Management – Communications (PGDM-C).

Admission Criteria:

Students applying for admission to this programme must be graduates.
Students who are appearing for final examinations for their graduation
are also eligible to apply.

In order to apply to this programme, students must have appeared for at
least one of the following tests:

1) CAT 2014

2) XAT 2014

3) XAT 2015

4) MAT 2014 (Feb/May/ Sept/Dec)

5) CMAT 2014 (Feb / Sept)

6) ATMA 2014 (Feb/May/July)

7) GMAT (2011 onwards).

Students who apply to MICA must apply with their scores in at least one
of these tests.

Selection Process:

All candidates who apply to MICA with their scores in one of the above
tests will be called for the MICAT (irrespective of their score in the
above tests). Students would be shortlisted for the MICA Group Exercise
and Personal Interview on the basis of their performance in the MICAT.
The Group exercise and Personal Interview would be conducted on the MICA
campus at Ahmedabad.

MICAT:

As per MICA’s notice: “MICAT is designed to assess analytical ability,
verbal ability, logical reasoning, divergent thinking, written
communication skills and general awareness about the communications
industry.”

Do note that the MICAT will be held on February 15, 2015 at the
following centres:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati,
Jaipur, Jammu, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.

The MICAT Application Fee is Rs. 1875.
