Konkan Railway Recruitment 2019: Apply Online for 135 Trainee Apprentices Posts on konkanrailway.com

Konkan Railway, which is run by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), has notified about it’s latest recruitment drive, the applications for which begin from 1^st October 2019. Interested individuals can check out the detailed notification on the official website and make their application within the stipulated time period.

The recently notified vacancy will involve the recruitment of 135 posts for Trainee Apprentices. This is being carried out under the National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS). Thus, those willing to enrol themselves as Trainee Apprentices have to do so under National Apprentice Training by or preferably before the 30^th November 2019.

It is essential for candidates to check the eligibility criteria before making their application. Candidates willing to apply must qualify with the following details –

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or,
2. E. or diploma in the following fields-
   • 30 posts for B.E. (Civil)
   • 30 posts for B.E. (Electrical)
   • 18 posts for B.E. (Electronics and Telecommunications)
   • 5 posts for B.E. (Mechanical)
   • 24 posts for Diploma (Civil)
   • 28 posts for Diploma (Medical)
3. Minimum application age is 21 years.
4. Maximum application age is 25 years.
5. Candidates with a job experience of more that 1 year will not be considered.

• STEP 1 – Visit the official website of Konkan Railway for application. The website is nats.konkanrilway.com
• STEP 2 – Log in to the webpage or Sign up as a new candidate. It will require some information like mobile number, personal details and address.
• STEP 3 – Fill in the form according to the relevant steps after logging in to the website.
• STEP 4 – Once the form is filled up successfully, candidates must take a printout of the form as they will be required to send the form to the relevant authorities.
• STEP 6 – Make the payment for the form. The application charge for all candidates is the same, that is, Rs 100/- Please note that the candidate’s application will be incomplete without the payment of this fee.
• STEP 7 – Candidates need to send their application form along with passport sized photo to the office of the Assistant Personnel Officer. The address can be found on the official notification or can be noted as follows –

With regard to the selection process, the candidate’s marks in their B.E or Diploma course. They will be called for document verification if they equal to 1.5 times the number of seats notified.
