Online registration for the MD/MS (Degree in Medicine/Degree in Surgery) courses in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry for the January 2017 academic session is going to end on October 26. Interested PG medical aspirants should have their MBBS degree from any MCI-recognised institute and must complete their mandatory one-year internship programme on or before December 31, 2016, to apply for the examination.
There are a total of 102 postgraduate seats available in JIPMER in different categories of medicine. Candidates can give the JIPMER entrance examination from the examination centres in 17 cities across the country. To register for the entrance examination, candidates need to visit the official website and fill up the necessary information.
The duration of the MD/MS entrance examination will be three hours, during which, candidates will need to answer 250 MCQs based on clinical sciences.
