It was nostalgia and togetherness all around as a presentation made by the current students portrayed the various facets of campus life which was followed by a Q&A; session between the juniors and the alumni. The alumni, several of whom have made long strides up the corporate ladder in a short span of time, shared their experiences and offered encouragement and advice to juniors who spoke of entrepreneurial ambitions. The Mumbai section of the meet was also marked by the presence of the Manjunath Shanmugham Trust – a group of IIML students who are fighting for justice for Manjunath Shanmugham who had lost his life for having stood by his ethics.

TCS was the prestigious Gold Sponsor for the event while Mint and Rediff.com were the Print Media sponsor and the Online Media sponsor respectively. The event was also sponsored by Antiquity Blue at Mumbai & Bangalore and Signature Whisky at Chennai. Meanwhile Deloitte was our co-sponsor for the Hyderabad section of the meet. By the end of the evening, Sangam ’07 had achieved what it had set out to do – refresh the IIMK spirit and set the ball rolling for an even more glorious future.
