The search operation at IIM Bangalore has come to an end and the call has been identified as a hoax call. This was confirmed by a police official from MICO Layout Police Station, Bangalore. “We have traced the call to a phone booth in JP Nagar but we have not identified the caller yet,” said the official.

According to sources, most of the commotion happened in the academic block area. Infact, many students who were in their hostel rooms were not even aware of the development.
