IFIM B School has released its Internship placement report for the year 2013-14. Unlike other business schools, which have a conventional summer internship program for about 6-8 weeks, IFIM has a unique internship model which is for 4.5 months. This award winning IIP (Industry Internship Program) model usually culminates with IIP partners offering jobs to the students. The final rate of conversion of IIP to final placements remains at about 46%. The IIP has enabled a seamless transition of students into the real world, by enhancing their industry-readiness and making informed career choices. As per the report 64 companies had hired IFIM students for internship this year.
