From its inception, DoMS IIT Roorkee prides itself in churning out the finest techno-managers in the country. The institution has made rapid strides in recent times. With disruptive changes taking place from time to time, we have carved out a niche for ourselves as the incoming candidates undertake the two-year journey to become techno-managers. We have seen some new additions to our recruiters’ list this year and strengthened our ties with the old ones. We frequently organise business conclaves, guest lectures, certification courses for students to bridge the gap between theory and practical applications.
The admission process at DoMS IIT Roorkee is a three-stage selection process.
It consists of initial shortlisting based on the CAT Percentile of the applicants. Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering/Technology or its equivalent, or a Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized Institution or University are eligible to apply. Final year students are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, provided they complete all requirements for the qualifying degree with minimum percentage and CGPA or its equivalent by the specified date.
Next, they are evaluated on the basis of their performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
The final selection is done based on the composite score of each of the three processes described above.
