Forget past. Don’t think about future
What is done is done. You cannot undone it. No matter how much you regret doing or not doing something in past, past wont change. Set your Priorities

Keep a line between your personal and professional life. Concentrate on your present task. Try to do it the way nobody else could.
Get rid of day-dreams
Its not bad to see dreams. After all, it all starts with dream. You dream, you go after it, you achieve. But too much day dreaming kills your time. Dream less. Work more.
One thing at a time
I have seen people, who try doing several things at a time, but they end up performing no task properly. You have your priorities. Pick up one thing and don’t stop until its over. Once its done, pick up the second thing. Likewise, complete all your tasks.
Guilt and Regret
These two are the worst feeling of a human being. If you regret something or feel guilty, you keep on thinking about it over and over again. Try to get rid of this feelings. They waste lot of your time.
