DERC (Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission) has released the notification for the Deputy Director (Law) post. The eligible and interested candidates can apply through online mode on or before 8 weeks from the date of publication of advertisement. The last date to apply for the post is 28th December 2019.

The candidate should have a degree in law from any recognized law school/university.
The candidate must have experience of handling legal matters in a middle-level position in the central government or state government or any Public Sector Undertakings involving commercial, administrative, and contract law. And also experience in drafting statues or legislations.

The candidates selected for the deputy director (law) will get a pay scale of Rs. 67700/- to Rs. 208700/- pay matrix level- 11. (7thCPC).
