On the last day of the year, the coaching capital of the country, Kota witnessed another coaching student suicide. Nitin Kumar, 20, was taking coaching for NEET from a coaching institute of Kota for which he was staying as a paying guest accomodation in Kunhadi area of the city.
The Kunhadi Police informed that the student was seen hanging from the ceiling fan in his room by another student of the paying guest accomodation in the afternoon today. Police later arrived and took the body of deceased student into its posession. The victim was a class 12th passout. The body has been sent to the mortuary of the Government Maharao Bhim Singh Hospital of Kota where the postmortem will be done on the arrival of his parents tomorrow.
A suicide note has been recovered from the room of the student in which he wrote, “I am sorry”. The police have revealed that the student was not very weak in his studies.
