The last date for the online application of the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) has been extended to September 25, 2019, by the Bihar School Examination Board. Earlier the last date for online applications for the STET 2019 was declared as September 18, 2019, which is now extended by a week.
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of the Bihar School Examination Board: bsebstet2019.in. The Bihar School Examination Board has issued an official notification of the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 to fill more than 37,335 vacancies for the posts of secondary and higher secondary class teachers across various government schools.
The Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2019 and the Physical Education and Health Instructor Examination (PEHIE) 2019 are scheduled to be conducted on the same day by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) on November 7, 2019. The Bihar STET 2019 is a written examination with two papers; Paper – 1 and Paper – 2. The marks weightage for each paper is 150 marks. Both the papers comprise of two sections and of the total 150 marks, 100 marks will be allotted for the questions related to the concerned subject and 50 marks for questions related to teaching ability and other required skills.
