Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will have to appear for the written test. The written examination of the Allahabad Bank would be objective and descriptive question paper. The objective question will be on the examination of reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, including the banking industry, computer knowledge, and English language. All the candidates who will clear the written examination will appear for the personal interview round.
Interview process of the Allahabad bank is considered usually tricky. Candidates are highly recommended to prepare hard and well before appearing for the interview process. The interview panel generally includes more than three people to judge the candidate. The Interview will be conducted for 30 marks, and the candidate will be evaluated based on intelligence, motivation, communication skills, and professional skills.
