An official recruitment notification, under Advt No. 07-Exam 2019, has been issued by The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC). This notification pertains to the filling up of vacancies for the posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer. The official notification was released online through the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC): upsssc.gov.in.
Aspiring candidates can visit the official website and submit the online application for the same as the online registrations link has been activated since yesterday, i.e., September 19, 2019. As per the notification, 9th October 2019 is the final date for completing the online application process for the posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer Statistics.
As per the notification, a total of 904 vacancies have been advertised to be filled under the present recruitment drive. The last date for any corrections related to the details submitted in the online application is until October 16, 2019. Candidates must note that the payment of the application fee should be made through available online modes only.
The application fee for the General and OBC candidates is Rs 185, for SC & ST candidates it is Rs 95, and for PH (Divyang) candidates it is Rs 25. The date of the examination has not been declared yet; interested candidates are advised to check the official website of the UPSSC regularly for any updates about the examination date and the admit card.

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested candidates should meet the required criterion set by the UPSSC to be eligible for the Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer Statistics General Exam 2019. The eligibility criteria set by the UPSSSC is mentioned below.
- The candidate should be aged between 21-40 years.
- The candidate should have qualified post-graduation in Mathematics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics.
- The candidate should have completed a one-year diploma in computer science.

Step 5: The link will be redirected to a new webpage, and you will be asked a question, answer in yes/ no format and click ‘proceed’ to proceed further
Step 6: There will be a declaration displayed on the screen, read it carefully and check the accept box to proceed further
Step 7: A list of the posts available under the recruitment will be displayed, check on the posts you want to apply and click ‘proceed.’
Step 8: Fill the application form with the required details
