XIME Kochi Course Details



Courses Eligibility Criteria
PGDM
  • Admission requires a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in a Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
  • Candidates in their final year are eligible to apply.
  • The program spans 2 years and provides specialisations in Finance, Marketing, HR, IT & Analytics, Operations, and General Management.
  • Admission criteria involve valid scores in CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/KMAT and ATMA.
  • The selection process includes Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
  • The program has an intake capacity of 120 students.


To be eligible for XIME Kochi’s PGDM program, applicants must possess a valid score in one of the following entrance tests: CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT/KMAT for the Admissions in 2024.

XIME Kochi Fees

The program fee of Rs 9,70,000 covers Admission, Tuition, Library, Computer Centre, Establishment, Textbooks, Program Materials, Examinations, Diploma, Co-curricular Activities, and Alumni Association Membership.

  • The fee is to be paid in eight installments, as outlined below:
  • First Year: Rs. 5,10,000: Payable in three installments
  • Second Year: Rs. 4,60,000: Payable in three installments
  • Dates for fee payment will be announced at the start of the academic year.
  • Caution Deposit: A one-time caution deposit of Rs. 25,000 is due at the time of admission, refundable at the end of the program after deducting any outstanding dues to XIME.
  • Hostel Charges: The Hostel Fees for each student will be approximately Rs. 10,500 – Rs. 11,500 per month, covering lodging, boarding, electricity, and water charges. Students are required to stay in the hostel unless exempted or excluded for special reasons.
  • Laptop: Every student must possess a laptop.

Note: Fees must be paid promptly, as delayed payment will incur a penalty.

After the program commences, fees once paid will not be refunded, even in the event of a student’s failure, termination, or withdrawal from the program.
