The cell organises various training programs, including group discussions, mock interviews, pre-placement talks, workshops, internships, and industrial visits. The Woxsen Career Advisory Services (CAS) offers numerous corporate engagement and career-building opportunities, allowing students to make informed career decisions. - Live Projects & Internships: In addition to on-site internships, students participate in live projects to gain a deeper understanding of specific industries or functions of their choice. They explore industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, Media & Entertainment, Investment Banking, Audit & Consulting, and functions like Equity Research, Business Valuation, Consulting Analytics, Operations, and Human Resources.
- Faculty Research / Consulting Studies: Students collaborate with Woxsen faculty on research and consulting projects. They also undertake Mentor Initiated Research Projects (MIRP) in consultation with mentors and faculty, aligning with their career goals.
- Career Coaching & Workshops: Woxsen offers access to career coaches who guide students in choosing career paths based on their interests and skills. The Career Advisory Services include:

- Tools for researching industries and job functions
- Profile development and enhancement
