The expansive VNIT Nagpur campus covers an area of 225 acres and is located in the vicinity of Ambazari Lake in the western part of the city. The campus’s strategic position places it approximately 8 kilometers (5.0 miles) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport and 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) from Nagpur Train Station. Access to the campus is facilitated through three primary entrances: the Main Gate on South Ambazari Road, the Bajaj Nagar Gate, and the Yashwant Nagar Gate. The campus is characterised by extensive green spaces and remains largely shielded from the urban pollution often associated with the city.
