Admission Process

STEP 1 – APPLY EARLY

Seats are limited; hence students should apply for courses well in advance. The application process for all the courses will begin from 15 March 2020 and students can apply at www.vpsm.dypatil.edu. Or call (+91) 8431114455.

You can take up a virtual tour of the college to understand your course, where you will live, the experience you will gain, the people you will meet & the faculties you will get.

STEP 2 – COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM

Fill the online application form and mark the courses that you wish to apply for. The cost of applying for undergraduate programs is INR 2000, postgraduate programs are INR 3000. Scan and attach your recent photograph and valid address proof along with the application form. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

STEP 3 – ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION

We will send you an acknowledgment e-mail, which will explain how to check the status of your application. We will call you in case we require any additional information.

STEP 4 – ASSESSING YOUR APPLICATION

Once your application has been received, it will be evaluated by the admission committee and if shortlisted you will be invited for an interview either personally or online. We consider your academic history and relevant experience to ensure you can succeed in your program.

STEP 5 – CALL FOR INTERVIEW

A duly constituted selection panel will interview you either personally or online. Once the process is completed, we will get in touch with you & let you know the status of your application.

STEP 6 – POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

We will get in touch with you and let you know the status of your application. The following are the plausible outcomes:

“CONFIRMED – You have been granted a confirmed seat and you can claim it by submitting the relevant documents and paying the tuition fee.

PROVISIONAL-You have met some of the eligibility requirements for entry to your chosen program of study and we would like to offer you a provisional seat till you satisfy the rest of the requirements stipulated time frame. If you are unable to clear the eligibility required your admission will stand canceled.

CONDITIONAL – You have to meet the conditions and approvals listed in your conditional offer to order to claim a formal offer from the university.

DECLINED- If you don’t meet the entry requirements or all seats are taken, your application might be declined.

STEP 7 – ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER

Once you accept our offer, we will require your documents and once the documents have been verified, you will proceed to pay the tuition fees.

STEP 8 – EASY FINANCE

We offer students friendly installment schemes and also give the facility of student loans. You can learn more about it at www.vpsm.dypatil.edu.

STEP 9 – WELCOME

You will be invited to our orientation program, during which you can complete your registration process, meet our esteemed faculties and your new classmates, check into your residence, explore the university and most importantly have fun!
