Admission Procedure for PGDM and GMP Courses?

- Confirm your Email ID and fill out the detailed application form.
- Submit the application fee of INR 1500 / USD 21 / GBP 15 or EUR 18.
- Attach Academic Mark Sheets and the scorecard of CAT/GMAT/C-MAT/CET.
- Participate in an in-person Boardroom Interview and a Personal Interview via Zoom Call.
- Following step 6, the University issues a provisional admission letter for selected candidates.
- Admission confirmation occurs after all conditions are fulfilled.
Admission Procedure for UG and PG Degree Courses?
Note: Applicants who have previously taken entrance exams such as SAT, ACT, PEARSON, UGAT, CUET, JEE, MHT CET, WBJEE are exempt from UBSAT.
Following step 7, candidates are required to undergo an online personal interview conducted by the University.
Upon successfully completing UBSAT and the personal interview (PI), the college authority reviews the application forms, and selected candidates are notified accordingly.
Note: Candidates awaiting their final year (12th or Graduation) results receive a provisional admission letter from the University.

Eligibility Criteria
Universal Ai University and Soundideaz Academy Mumbai, invites applications from all streams and boards (Indian & International). The candidate must either have completed Class XII, or be completing it in the same year in which she/he seeks to begin undergraduate study. - Physics, Mathematics & English is compulsory with Chemistry or Technical Vocational courses in 10+2/Class 12th or equivalent examination
Indian Board – Minimum 50% aggregate score in PCM mathematics with any Technical vocational subjects. Physics, Maths & English are compulsory with chemistry or technical vocational courses in 10+2 /Class 12th or equivalent examination and 50% aggregate score in class 12th/HSC (at least 45% marks, in case of BC category candidate belonging to Maharashtra state only)

Single Sharing apartments (4 pax) will have a refrigerator, a microwave oven & dressing tables.

Refund Policy for the Undergraduate programs at Universal Ai University:
If any candidate decides to withdraw from the course in which he/she took admission, then the institute shall follow the below-mentioned system of the UGC norms for fee refund. Last date of admission 15th September 2024.

Caution money and the security deposit money, which are not part of the fee structure, will be refunded entirely.

- The student will receive a ‘No Objection Certificate’ which he/she has to submit, along with the necessary information.
- No verbal/telephonic request for withdrawal and refund will be entertained.
- Fees shall be refunded to the eligible candidate by the institute within 15 days after the candidate has submitted the official written letter to the authority.

7) Eligible students’ will receive a Scholarship Award Letter from the Admissions Team.
8) Scholarship will continue in the next year based on the performance of the previous year. A student should secure a minimum of 60% in the first-year grades and a minimum of 80% attendance.
