GBS Greater Noida Scholarship

Galgotias University is committed to recognising talent and excellence across various fields by offering a wide range of scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to deserving students based on their performance in academics, entrance examinations, sports, and other areas of achievement. The goal is to support and empower bright individuals by providing financial assistance that enables them to pursue higher education without financial constraints.

1. Academic Brilliance Scholarships

• 100% tuition fee waiver for students securing the 1st position in all Central or State Board examinations.

• 25% tuition fee waiver for students scoring 95% and above in Class 12th (applicable to all programs except B.Pharm and B.Sc Nursing).

• 15% tuition fee waiver for students securing 90%–94.99% in Class 12th (except B.Pharm and B.Sc Nursing).

• 100% tuition fee waiver for students topping their graduation program (University 1st position).

• 25% tuition fee waiver for students scoring 90% or above in graduation.

• 15% tuition fee waiver for students scoring 80%–89.99% in graduation.

Scholarships are subject to individual program eligibility as per university guidelines.

2. Entrance Exam-Based Scholarships

• 50% tuition fee waiver for candidates ranked within the top 25,000 in JEE Main.

• 20% tuition fee waiver for candidates scoring:

  • ≥60 percentile in CAT

  • ≥600 marks in MAT

  • Minimum 100 score in CLAT

  • Meritorious performance in LSAT

• 5% tuition fee waiver for students qualifying CUET.

3. Alumni/Ex-Student Scholarships

• 10% tuition fee waiver for former Galgotias University students (including diploma holders) pursuing higher studies at the university.

  • Must have secured minimum CGPA of 6.0 in the previous degree.

  • No history of backlogs or supplementary papers.

  • This scholarship is not applicable if there is a gap of more than 3 years between previous qualification and admission.

4. Admission Merit Scholarship Process

• Scholarships are awarded at the time of admission.

• The Admissions Department must verify and obtain prior approval from the Scholarship Committee.

• Scholarships are based on verified academic documents and fall under specified merit categories.

• Jammu & Kashmir Student Scholarship

• Financial Aid for Dependents of Serving/Retired Personnel from:

  • Defence forces

  • CRPF, CISF, ITBP

  • Paramilitary forces

  • Police departments

• 100% Tuition Fee Waiver for Diploma Lateral Entry Students (Samsung C&T sponsored)

• Orphan Scholarship

• Single Parent Scholarship

• Sports Scholarship

• Scholarship for Galgotias University Staff or their Dependents

• Merit-Based Continuation Scholarship for existing students (subject to academic performance)

Terms and Conditions

• Scholarships are only applicable to tuition fees.

• Only one scholarship can be availed per student during admission.

• Scholarship once granted will remain fixed for the duration of the program as per its original terms.

• No application for admission-related scholarships will be entertained after the admission deadline.

• Providing forged or invalid documents will result in scholarship cancellation and may also lead to cancellation of admission.

• Scholarships may be discontinued or revised by the university at any time without prior notice.

• Withdrawal from the course will lead to forfeiture of the scholarship.
