Important Note: Electricity consumption up to 85 units per month will not incur charges. Any usage exceeding 85 units will be billed at the actual rate each month. Additionally, any costs related to television subscriptions such as Tata Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., will be the responsibility of the student and must be paid directly by the student.

Please take note of the following:
- Electricity consumption up to 43 units per month per student will not incur additional charges. Any usage exceeding this limit will be billed at the actual rate per student, on a monthly basis. Both students sharing the room must agree to avail this package, and the electricity bill will be divided equally between them.
- Any costs related to television subscriptions such as Tata Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., are the responsibility of the individual student and should be paid directly by them.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 30,000/- is required in addition to the package per student. Any damages incurred will be charged directly to the students. Please note that the rates mentioned apply to the academic year 2021-22.
Note:
- The hostel fee is strictly non-refundable once the academic year has commenced, regardless of any circumstances. Good Host Spaces Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any refund requests after the academic year begins.
- All payments are to be made online through our dedicated online hostel room booking portal.
- To book a hostel room, please visit www.goodhostspaces.com and use your registration/application number and user ID password, which you received in the email registered with the university.
- Payment mode details, such as RTGS, NEFT, DD, Paytm, UPI, etc., will be accessible once you log in to the room booking portal.
- In the event of a refund, a nominal administrative charge of INR 5,000/- will be deducted, subject to meeting the refund criteria.
- To pre-book your room, an initial payment of INR 10,000/- is required.
