School of Management Studies (SMS) Patiala Punjab was established in 1969. The school is a constituent of Punjab University. SMS offers MBA program as Regular, Dual Degree, Global Business and Correspondence courses. The institute also offers Certificate Program in Business Analytics and Doctoral Program in Management.
- Application form for MBA Regular Program is submitted online, for Correspondence and PhD. The program application form is submitted offline.
- For MBA and Certificate Program candidate should have done graduation in any discipline.
- For PhD, program candidates should have done a master’s degree in the concerned/allied subject.
- Admission for MBA Regular program will be based on University Level Entrance Test and Group Discussion.
- Admission to other MBA and Certificate courses will be based on Academic Merit, Group Discussions and Interviews.
- Selection to PhD. Program is by University Entrance exam or any of GC-CSIR/NET (JRF)/ GATE/ SLET (Punjab State)/ SET examinations.
- 85% seats in MBA (Regular) course are for Punjab state candidates, and rest seats are open for candidates from other states.
