National Research Centre for Integrated Pest Management (NCIPM), New Delhi
India was estd. in February 1988 to cater to the plant protection needs of different agro-ecological zones of the country. In spite of a sizeable expert workforce across different plant protection disciplines, there are still epidemics of pests on various crops in the recent past with the chronic pest problems assuming severe proportions. NCIPM New Delhi has a strong institutional network in place to take on the challenges of plant protection in the country in a harmonised manner.
