NL Dalmia offers three categories of hostel accommodations – Regular, Premium, and Super Premium – designed to suit the preferences and budgets of students. All options are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Mini Rooms are located at the same respective flats.

The hostel fee does not include food, housekeeping, or consumables.

Students are responsible for utility expenses such as electricity, Wi-Fi, gas, Dish TV, etc.

Rooms are allotted based on availability.
Payment & Tenure

Hostel fee is to be paid as a one-time, annual payment along with the interest-free refundable deposit at the time of admission.

The hostel tenure aligns with the institute’s academic year.

The last date to pay the hostel fees is one week before the start of the hostel term.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled within 30 days of occupancy: ₹25,000 will be deducted.

If cancelled after 30 days: The entire annual rent will be forfeited.

For students discontinuing the facility after completing a year, only the refundable deposit (minus maintenance charges) will be returned. An undertaking form must be submitted at the time of vacating.
