Mahaveer Institute of Engineering & Technology (MIET) is situated in Meerut in the Uttar Pradesh state of India. Established in 2003, it is accredited from NCTE, UGC, NAAC, AICTE and it is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, and provides a B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Electronic, and Computer Science. Even though the number of placements is comparatively lower, the placements that do take place to provide an average salary of four lakhs per annum. The institution is fully Wi-Fi enabled and has a library with over 5000 books. They provide digital library and E-journal facilities to the students as well.
MIET, Meerut offers 14 courses across six streams namely Management, Science, IT, Education, Pharmacy, Engineering and across 7 degrees like B.Tech, BSc, B.Pharm, B.Ed, BBA. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as A/C, Canteen, Library, Medical Facilities, Cls. Room, Placement, Trans., WiFi are also there. Mahaveer Institute of Technology’ accepts UPSEE – Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination for admission into Engineering courses.
