MSIT Delhi Campus Facilities

Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology address is C-4 MARKET, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi-110058. It is located in the Institutional area of Janakpuri, New Delhi. MSIT campus has been spread over eight acres of land.

Earlier, it was functioning from four storey building of 6,279 sq.m of a built-up area then it has been shifted to a more spacious seven-storeyed building with a built-up area of 9,660 sq.m.

The college campus offers all the basic facilities like lecture halls, fully furnished labs, seminar halls, staff rooms, a large size playground etc.

There are six modern air-conditioned networked computer labs that cover the entire range of Computer Science & IT subjects including Software Engineering, Network Technology, Mobile Computing, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Computer Graphics, Compiler Construction, Analysis & Design of Algorithms, Interface Programming, Data Structure, DBMS & Object Oriented Programming. 

Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology campus has a Central Library, with latest editions of books by eminent authors and it has a huge collection of books on education related to Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Science and Humanities. The library

caters to the requirements of MSIT faculty members and students. There is a Research Wing in the library, where scholars can get special reference material and rare collections of manuscripts for their research work on the community. 

MSIT hostel has separate accommodation for boys and girls. The Maharaja Mahendra Pratap Hostel has the capacity to accommodate around 200 boys and 100 girls in a spacious and elegant four-storeyed building with all connected facilities. Alongside, hygienic and nutritious food is also offered at a reasonable cost. 

MSIT hostel fees are taken during the admission. Residential quarters are available for the teaching and non-teaching staff with all latest facilities on reasonable charges. MSIT has an in-house canteen with a seating capacity of 60-70 persons at a time.

The Institute also has well maintained and modern sports facilities for various games such as football, volleyball, cricket, badminton etc. In addition to that, for indoor games, the Institute has facilities for carrom, table tennis, chess and chinese checkers.

MSIT believes in the all-round development of its students. Thus, it offers extracurricular activities to help students to gain confidence. Also, the institute has on-campus banking and medical facilities.
