KIIT Scholarship 2023

KIIT University is committed to providing financial assistance to academic achievers and deserving students through a range of scholarship programs. The availability and scope of scholarships at KIIT University are subject to periodic revisions. In addition to scholarships, KIIT also extends stipends and fee reductions to eligible scholars. KIIT provides a Contingency Fund of INR 50,000 for both full-time Ph.D. and M.Tech students. Moreover, full-time Ph.D. scholars at KIIT are eligible to receive a monthly stipend of INR 20,000 for the duration of their Ph.D. programs.

KIIT PradyumnaBal Memorial Scholarship

The KIIT PradyumnaBal Memorial Scholarship serves as a commemoration to Pradyumna Kishore Bal, the Founder President of KIIT.

This scholarship initiative annually provides free education to two deserving and disadvantaged students. The scholarship encompasses college fees, hostel fees (inclusive of mess charges), costs associated with books, and various additional expenses. The selection of recipients for the KIIT PradyumnaBal Memorial Scholarship is contingent upon the decision of the selection committee.

KIIT Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarship

KIIT University has introduced the Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarship to support financially disadvantaged and underprivileged students.

The extent and duration of this scholarship are determined after evaluating the specific requirements of the selected students. The selection of recipients for the KIIT Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarship is at the discretion of the selection committee.

KIIT Teaching Assistantship

KIIT University has launched a living-learning initiative for M.Tech students as part of the KIIT Teaching Assistantship Scholarship program. This scholarship program proves to be beneficial for postgraduate students who aim to significantly augment their income while pursuing their studies. It aids students in gaining expertise in teaching and research. The quantity of these scholarships is adaptable and falls under the purview of KIIT University’s management.

KIIT Merit Scholarship

KIIT University has put forth the KIIT Merit Scholarship for students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements. The scholarship amount for the KIIT Merit Scholarship ranges from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month and is awarded to the top-performing student in semester examinations (across various schools within the university) for a duration of 6 months.

KIITEE Merit Scholarship

KIIT extends the privilege of tuition-free education to the highest scorers in the KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination). This scholarship is exclusively available to students enrolling in the B.Tech program at KIIT. Additionally, KIIT offers scholarships to the top 1000 KIITEE rank holders throughout their tenure at the university, contingent upon meeting the specified eligibility criteria.

KIIT International Scholarship

The KIIT International Scholarship program allocates a total of 100 scholarships, distributed as follows:

  1. Full scholarships are granted to two students from each country.
  2. Half scholarships are presented to ten students from each country.

The primary objective of the KIIT International Scholarship is to extend financial support to international students who wish to pursue their studies at KIIT University. KIIT provides a scholarship amount of USD 1000 for eligible international students.

KIIT P.hD Scholarship

The KIIT Ph.D. Scholarship entails a monthly grant of INR 20,000 for students enrolled in full-time Ph.D. programs.

KIIT Contingency Fund

The KIIT Contingency Fund is offered at an amount of INR 50,000 for both full-time Ph.D. and M.Tech students.
