Admission Process
All the applicants are admitted to the university courses based on the marks scored in their qualifying degree, entrance examination or admission tests. Candidates need to score above a specified mark in these exams to get admitted to a particular course or discipline.

Results and Cut-off
Jiwaji University declares the cut-off list for its several courses and degrees once the results of their respective entrance examinations are calculated. The candidates need to obtain a score which is equal to or more than the cut-off mark to get admitted to their desired courses.

Campus Facilities
The library at Jiwaji University keeps a rich collection of about 1,40,000 books and around 8,000 bound volumes of research journals. It is also subscribed to 142 Indian and Foreign journals.
The other facilities available at the library include Internet access, a 16-mm projector, microfilm reader, and several number of films on various subjects. The university also provides hostel or lodging provisions for both boys and girls.
It has a total of four hostels, two for boys and two for girls. The girls’ hostels include the Mrignayani Girls Hostel and the Tatya Tope Girls Hostel whereas the boys’ hostels consist of the Captain Roop Singh Hostel and AryaBhatta Hostel. All the rooms in the hostel buildings are furnished with basic facilities and amenities for students’ usage.
The university has a Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Tennis Court, Hockey Ground, Volleyball Court, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Handball, Table Tennis, Judo and Aerobic equipments and facilities.
