International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) Kolkata has a well-developed training and placement cell. The vital function of the Placement cell is to develop the industrial ties with the college and to encourage campus placements. The average package offered is around 4.2 lacs per anum, the highest and the lowest packages offered 6.3 LPA and 2.5 LPA.

It also provides various training programs to the students to familiarise them with the process of placements. It helps the students with both pre and post placement functions. Some of the regular recruiters are ABN AMRO, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Capital, Yes Bank, L’Oreal, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Bank, Bank of America, Tesco, Reliance Communications and ICICI Bank and many more.
