IMT Nagpur Scholarships 2026

IMT Nagpur offers several scholarship and fee-waiver options to support deserving and high-performing students across its PGDM programs. These scholarships aim to promote diversity, merit, and financial accessibility.

1. Smt. Leela Nath Memorial Scholarship (20% Fee Scholarship for Female Candidates)

All female students admitted to any PGDM program at IMT Nagpur receive a 20% scholarship on the academic fee component. The scholarship is disbursed after the candidate joins the campus and completes the required fee payment as per the official schedule.

2. Merit Scholarship (40% Academic Fee Scholarship)

Candidates who meet the following score criteria and secure admission to IMT Nagpur are awarded a 40% scholarship on academic fees:

• 90 percentile or above in CAT or XAT, OR

• 700+ score in GMAT, OR

• 655+ score in GMAT Focus Edition

This scholarship is also released only after the student joins the program and submits all applicable fee components.

3. Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme – 100% Academic Fee Waiver

Students shortlisted under the TFW scheme receive a 100% waiver on the academic fee component.

However, TFW candidates must pay:

• All non-academic fee components

• ₹12,000 per month toward academic amenities and facility charges, payable quarterly in advance

Important Note

If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship or fee-waiver scheme, they must choose only one option. The selected scholarship or waiver will remain valid for the entire duration of the PGDM program. All final decisions on scholarship allocation are made by the Scholarship Committee and are considered final and non-negotiable.
