Institute of Hotel Management Gwalior Facilities

Following are the facilities offered by the college to cater to the needs of students as well as faculty members.

  • Basic Training Kitchen: BTK is a Basic Training Kitchen for beginners of first-year students. This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of kitchen (food-production) in the hospitality industry. 
  • Library: The institute has a well stock library comprising more than titles and a variety of periodicals. It is also equipped with a state of audiovisual facilities for the use of students. This library also subscribes to several magazines, newspapers, periodicals, trade journals, other weekly/ monthly and yearly publications.
  • Advance Training Restaurant: It is a training restaurant for the 2nd year and 3rd year students. The students learn how to handle a complaint and serve food to the guest.
  • Hostel: There are two hostel blocks in the college on either side of the campus. All the hostel rooms are twin occupancy rooms with excellent boarding facilities in a hygienic environment. Rooms are having toilets & bathrooms in section 6 to 7 rooms. A 100 Bedded Hostel for the girls 192 Bedded Hostel for the boys with Dining room and Recreation room is available round the clock.
