Not only does IILM University, Gurgaon strive to provide the best quality of education to its students through the many courses and academic activities, it also makes sure to inculcate soft skills such as teamwork, group interaction, networking, communication and provide the chance to engage in different extra-curricular activities.

Students get to join a number of clubs and organisations which help develop their management as well as leadership skills while exploring interests; events such as conferences, TEDx talks, annual festivals, debates etc.

Located on the Golf Course Road, IILM University, Gurgaon is not only very close to a metro station which allows for easy commuting, it is also quite close to DLF CyberHub and One Horizon Centre which means that students can participate in or attend a wide variety of events and activities and take a break from academics.

Spread over an area of 1.5 lac sq. feet, the university houses students from all backgrounds which adds to the diversity of the campus and creates a better learning environment. The campus is a residential one (girls can stay in a hostel which is on-campus while the one for boys is less than a kilometre outside of campus), which means that students can choose to live in hostels on campus, which are fully furnished, and well equipped with WiFi, water coolers, air-conditioning, indoor and outdoor sports facilities etc. to provide maximum comfort and satisfaction. Not only that, each hostel comes with a lounge, game room, study room and also a service area. The students are provided healthy food; the meals are planned out in advance. The campus overall is walled which ensures student safety to the fullest.
