GIMS accepts scores from CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT, and its own GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT).

CAT	25–30 percentile
XAT	75–80 percentile
CMAT	60–70 percentile
MAT	65–75 percentile
NMAT	160–180 score range
GAT (Institute Test)	Qualifying + Good PI performance

These are trend-based expected cutoffs, as institutes at this level rarely publish exact official percentile lists.
Final admission depends on:
- Entrance score
- Academic record
- GD/PI performance
- Application timing (early applications have advantage)
