GITAM School of Business Scholarship
1. Merit-Based Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded based on entrance exam performance. Applicable exams include GBAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, NMAT, CMAT, SNAP, and AP/TS ICET.

Note: GBAT is required if you do not have a valid national/state-level test score.
2. Need-Based Scholarships
For students from families with a total annual income less than ₹12 lakh. Enhances the merit scholarship percentage.

Hostel Fee Benefits:

15%, 25%, 40%, and 60% scholarship holders receive an additional 20% hostel scholarship.

75% and 100% scholarship holders get equivalent % off on hostel + food charges.
3. Sports Scholarships
Available for students with national or international-level sports achievements.
Scholarship Percentages: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, and 15%.
Students must email their achievements to the university for evaluation.
4. Loyalty Scholarships
A flat 10% scholarship is available to:

GITAM alumni returning for further studies

Children of GITAM alumni

Real siblings of current GITAM students

Children of retired GITAM employees

Spouses of GITAM employees
Only one loyalty scholarship per student. Not applicable if already receiving 75% or 100% merit scholarship.
General Terms and Conditions

Renewal: Maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 for continued eligibility.

Quota Limit: Only 30% of seats in each program are eligible for scholarships.

Maximum Limit: Total scholarship (including merit, need, loyalty, sports) cannot exceed 75% of tuition fees.

Application: Apply through the GITAM admissions portal during counseling. Required documents include exam scores, income certificate, etc.
