Amity University, Ranchi Admission Process

Admission 2019:

• Candidates applying for the UG courses must secure at least 55% (50% for BBA candidates) aggregate marks in their 12th examination from a recognised higher secondary board to be eligible.
• Engineering candidates must score at least 55% in 12th with PCM as compulsory subjects, while those applying for Biotechnology courses must have Biology as a core subject in Higher Secondary.
• Engineering aspirants need to appear for the AMITYJEE or produce scores obtained in JEE Main to qualify for admission.
• PG applicants must complete graduation with minimum 50% marks to be eligible for admission.
• MBA candidates who have appeared for national management aptitude tests like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT may be exempted from looking for the institute level is written a proof.
• Applicants who have scored 80% and above in the qualifying exam may be granted direct admission to the course of their choice.
• Shortlisted candidates have to go through a written test followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal interview.
