Amity University Result and Cutoff
Amity University believes in providing a platform for all the students irrespective of any specifications. For admission in undergraduate and post-graduation courses, the university conducts an entrance test followed by an interview round.
The candidates with a score of more than 80% marks in their qualifying examination are exempted from the selection process because they are eligible for fast track admission process. For technical courses like B.Tech, B. Arch, MTech, MBA, the university generates a cutoff list.
All the candidates applying for BTech courses need to qualify AMITY JEE entrance exam. They should have a minimum 60% marks in 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics as main subjects.
All the candidates applying for B.Arch should have a minimum 50% marks in 10+2 with 50% in PCM or 10+3 Diploma with aggregate 50% in Maths with a qualified score of NATA or JEE Main (Paper 2) or UPSEE (Paper 3) of the current year.
The candidates will finally be selected based on the English language test conducted by the university, followed by an interview round. All the candidates applying for MTech programmes in the university need to have a relevant degree of B.E. / B.Tech. / AMIE (ECE / E&T) with a minimum 60% marks and 10+2 with a minimum 60% marks.
Eligibility will be relaxed by 5% for the Sponsored category. Students applying for MBA courses should have 50% marks in Graduation with a score of MAT – 500 / GMAT – 450 / CMAT – 100 or percentile in CAT/XAT – 65 / NMAT – 50. Students also need to qualify an Amity written test on the day of the Interview.
For Sponsored category a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation is required with a score of MAT – 450 /GMAT- 400 / CMAT – 75 or percentile in CAT/XAT – 55 / NMAT – 40 percentile followed by Amity Written Test on the day of Interview.
