Academics
Six Sigma Black Belt Course work Certification: The school is a pioneer institute offering six sigma course-work as a part of its unique curriculum designed and taught by academicians from CMU, Purdue, Wharton, IIT’s, IIM’s and other leading top institutes.
Duration: The programs have a very unique format and are of one and half year duration on the lines of many European management schools. Six term course delivery methodology with each term of eight week duration with five courses covered in every term. This allows students a mix of focused and broad based learning experience. This course design also adopts many features of management schools like Purdue and CMU.
The courses are very industry focused and have been accredited by NRBPT, Ministry of Industries and Commerce, Govt. of India.
The PGPM course is designed with an objective to provide the basic management knowledge needed for entry to mid-level executives. There is also a strong focus on skill building like communication and personality.
Specialization in Information Technology: This is a techno-managerial course with a blend of IT, Management and Personality development inputs. This course is only for students with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Graduates with IT experience.
The school is amongst the very few institutes being ranked in the A category within three years of inception by Business India B-School Survey 2008 and has been ranked as one of the top five private B-Schools in Bangalore by Pagalguy B-School Survey 2008.

Student life
The school has a diverse mix of students representing 18 different states of the country with academic backgrounds of Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science and others. Over 25 percent of students have more than one year of work experience, 30 percent of the students are Engineers and girls represent 30 percent of the batch.The schools vibrant student community has a lot of opportunities to learn beyond the classroom. Students can lead and participate in academic, social and literary clubs. Student clubs and extra-curricular activities enhance student interactions and foster the development of a wholesome personality providing a solid framework for life-long success.
The social club provides an outlet to the student community to come together for cricket matches, Diwali and other functions.
