Over the past one year PaGaLGuY Internship Programmes has witnessed some amazing success stories. One such story is of Shridhar Mulay, a second year Bachelor of Technology student at the Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai. He was conferred with the prestigious badge of Certified Writer at our Mumbai office on August 10, 2016. In Mulay’s words:
“A pastel pink color poster with a typewriter on it caught my attention, while crossing the Student Activities Notice Board at VJTI. I read about the internship programme in Creative Writing offered by PaGaLGuY and it seemed like the kind of thing every aspiring writer looks for. I, being one, decided to give it a shot.
Over the period of eight weeks, I submitted eight articles. It was not hectic, or nerve wracking; all you need is an idea, a topic, and the words will automatically fall into place.
Believe me, we’ve all got so many stories in our heads, which only we can tell. The only challenge is to explore the deepest recesses of our brains.
This internship makes you think, and once you’ve racked your brain, it starts spitting out ideas, you start scribbling and you have your article in no time.
Two months have flown by in a trice and now I look at myself as a ‘Certified Writer.’
If you are an aspiring writer, then this internship is your platform. Scribble your journey as a writer from PaGaLGuY. Each week comes with a wonderful exercise, an insightful module and the promise of being a better writer. I say this with experience.
