National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) was incorporated as a public sector enterprise of the Ministry of Mines, Government of India in 1981.It is Asia’s largest[citation needed], and the sixth largest, integrated aluminium complex, encompassing bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting and casting, power generation, rail and port operations.

Desirable qualification : Candidate should possess a post graduate degree or diploma in Personnel management or Industrial Relation as elective subject from a recognised university or institution or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering.
