A few weeks back I posted a comment, don’t remember exact words but it was like “Mere desh ki dharti ugle lallu, ugle thondhu namune, mere desh ki dharti”
A rude comment, but seems so apt right now, after my 9 to 9 (yes sarkari)job when I log in PG to see how many have cleared so and so exam and what are their expectations from this job, all I read is “We will get petrol allowances…40 litres”, “Rent allowance 29,000” “Milk allowance, dettol allowance and what not!
Seriously guys, you worked hard for 40 litre petrol or 10 litre milk or free newspapers? At this point of time you should be thinking and talking about which job profile will suit you best, how you can STILL improve your resume and learn a few facts about banking or even computers? Or just read a book or two about X generation vs Y generation or anger management!
Don’t you all think you should be looking for free workshops and seminars related to Credit/Loans/Banking or Risk management right now?
And what my dear friends are doing? Comparing WORKLOAD and petrol allowances of all 19 banks! And remaining energy they are putting in worrying about postings.
I am scared, a few of you are gonna spend half a day in HRMS (staff site where you get updates about various allowances and facilities you can avail) and rest of time in comparing payslips of all banks?
Guess I don’t have anything more to add, I hope our dear Sarkari banks get talented hard workers this time and we can make our economy even stronger ?
