IILM GSMs Entrepreneurship Cell, in partnership with Tata First Dot National Entrepreneurship Network throws challenging assignments to current students to come with best answers to everyday problems be it the state of the economy or the problems of the general populace.
IILM GSM believes in the principle of ‘Learning by doing.’ Students are offered a plethora of live projects from the industry where they get to work on real business problems. They are in fact required to complete a certain number of live projects to complete the compulsory requirements for the award of the PG diploma. After successful completion of the projects the students come back and share their experiences with their peers and mentors.
With a bustling campus life at hand, time seems to fly for the students; there is never a dull moment once you step inside the portals of the institute. The fully residential campus is home to 400 plus students, who are encouraged to learn one from one another. The campus boasts of a state of the art hostel which is the hub of the ‘IILM way of life’ for the students. After class hours, the students have the enthusiasm and zeal to enjoy with events like business plans and sports activities. Recently IILM students emerged winners in the Street play competition at IIM Rohtak. The campus is agog with activity till the wee hours of the morning and yet the students manage to ensuring a steady attendance of more than 85%.
IILM has a unique mentoring program wherein every faculty member is assigned a group of mentees, they are always there to guide them in every way required. They ensure that no mentee has in any problems at a personal or professional level.
