A platform is required for transformation and for me ITM stands as Innovation and Transformation of Mind, which is essential to be successful in life. And ITM has given me platform and opportunities to be more confident and develop my skills, different events helped me to be more active and participative in events and learn more thorough experience, workshops on different programs like grooming, entrepreneurship and SIX SIGMA to grow and learn more.
ITM has given platform to give exposure to our skills and creativity like Melange, Mavrick where we get to know each other, learn new culture and Business Chaupal has given us exposure of business and its operations. And different events like “Brand Summit” where we got to interact and listen to success stories of top level management of organizations. Live projects has given us exposure and learning of retail market scenario. ITM has also given me opportunity to get IIP in Reliance Retail. And looking forward to gain more.
In life everything is achievable through innovation and transformation of our mind in a positive way and ITM has helped me with the same.
