I am an Economics Hons. Graduate from IP College for Women. Before graduation, I had made up my mind to pursue MBA. I joined FORE School of Management and chose Marketing to do major in.
Being a fresher, the internship was my first proper exposure to the corporate world. I interned with Expedia as Market Associate Intern in the Lodging Partner Servicing (LPS) Unit. The LPS Unit manages hotel supplies in India for the international market.
So my work and project included understanding how hotels work in India and aligning them with the ideology of Expedia as the supply partner. Alongside conducting extensive research on Indian hotels when it came to Expedia as the OTA or them, I also studied competitors and where we lack as supply units for hotels.
